Scheduling a Proctored Exam

The student’s responsibilities for scheduling a proctored exam are posted here: http://www.kctcs.edu/Students/Distance_Learning/Proctor_Exams/Students.aspx.
Schedule an appointment at least three (3) days in advance at (606) 326-2182 or (606) 326-2206 or 1-800-928-4256 ext. 2182 or 2206. You can also schedule an appointment via e-mail at leliah.wheeler@kctcs.edu.
If you are not near Ashland you can schedule an exam at a different KCTCS College.
It is the student’s responsibility to contact instructor to ensure that the test, password & all Instructions are sent to the Test Proctor.
Upon arriving at the proctor site, present picture ID (such as a student ID or current driver’s license); otherwise, you will not be permitted to take the exam.
It is the student’s responsibility to bring pencils, paper and anything necessary to complete the exam, provided they meet with the instructor’s guidelines.
Inform the Learning Assistance Center in advance of any changes that might affect your scheduled testing time and date.
There are no costs associated with proctoring; however, if anything needs to be mailed it is the student’s responsibility to cover postage.
