The Commonwealth Educational Oppor­tunity Center (CEOC) works with adults who are interested in completing an education or training program beyond high school or the GED.

Penny Felty, an education counselor, assists individuals in selecting a training program or a career that is right for them. In addition, Penny assists individuals with the enrollment process at any community or technical college or university. Specific services include:

• Information about education or training programs and schools
• Information on the financial aid available to pay school costs
• Assistance in completing applications for financial aid and admission to a school
• Help in selecting a career or an educational program
