Two classes taught by area wedding and portrait photographer J. Bird Cremeans will help beginners start taking photos that will become favorite family keepsakes. Intro to Photography Part I will take beginners though their cameras’ manual settings, with one-on-one instruction, detailed notes and fun homework assignments designed to help participants learn basic camera skills. The class meets Mondays, April 21 to June 2, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and the fee is $69 plus any film processing costs.
Intro to Photography Part 2 will take those who’ve complete the Part I course to the next level.
The class will include homework assignments to help participants develop a more creative eye. Participants will also learn how to set up a home studio and pose individuals and groups of people. The class meets Wednesdays, April 23 to May 28, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and the fee is $75 plus any film processing costs.
