Student parking spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.
Students and visitors that have valid state handicap parking permits can as before park in the spaces designated for handicap. Anyone parking in these areas without the proper permit will be ticketed by Ashland Police Department. These tickets are not ACTC tickets and will have to be paid at the Ashland City Building located at 1700 Greenup Avenue. Ticket fines can also be mailed in to the city at PO Box 1864, Ashland, KY 41105. The fine for parking illegally in handicap spaces is $50.00.
For access to the faculty and staff parking parking lots on the College Drive Campus, each ACTC faculty of staff member will be given an ACTC photo ID that will allow them to access the parking area. Everyone is responsible for keeping their card safe and secure. Lost or stolen cards will be replaced at a price of $10. We also ask that faculty and staff do not park in the student's parking lots.
Anyone that has a child/children in Kinder College will be given an access card to allow them to drop their child/children at the drop off area. You are responsible for keeping your card. A replacement card will cost $10.00. Cards are to be returned at the end of the semester or when the Kinder College services are no longer being utilized for your child/children. Anyone utilizing the Kinder College services and is caught parking in the faculty, staff or designated drop off area after their child/children have been dropped off will loose their access to the designated area for that semester. The second offense will result in permanent loss of access to this area.

Photo ID's are taken in the Main Building, room 206.
It is your responsibility to take care of your photo ID. All replacement photo ID's are $10.00. Payment must be made at the business office cashier's window. You must then bring your receipt to get a replacement ID.
Students and community members that utilize the Kinder College services will have to pay $10.00 for the replacement card, take their receipt to Emmett Blevins who will issue them a new card. Faculty and staff replacements are $10.00 and they can bring their receipt to room 154 to get a new card.
Students who do not pay fines will have their records tagged and will be towed when on any of Ashland Community & Technical College parking lots. Faculty and staff will lose their privilege of parking in the served parking area. Community members will lose their access privilege to the Kinder College designated drop off area.
