Concurrent Enrollment
Students must obtain the Concurrent Enrollment form from their home college.
The student will complete their part of the form and have their home school official sign the form.
Bring the Concurrent Enrollment form to the Admissions Office – Room 214 – for the form to be completed by an ACTC official.
