Goals

ACTC's goals for H2P are as follows:

1. Develop a health CORE curriculum with allied health faculty, local health care employers and Workforce Investment Act partners;
2. Create a simulation laboratory for use by allied health and nursing students;
3. Develop a contextualized developmental mathematics course for allied health students;
4. Create a clear career pathway for allied health students;
5. Utilize assessment and placement services to identify students who may be displace or low-skilled workers that are interested in allied health careers;
6. Identify and track all H2P students progress for the duration of the grant;
7. Implement Success Counselor advising to monitor each students progress and success;
