Advancement Office

Ashland Community & Technical College (ACTC) provides higher education opportunities to students whose professional and career goals are as diverse and progressive as our college in northeastern Kentucky.

The role of Advancement at ACTC is to support and promote its mission and to acquire resources to support the faculty, staff and students of Ashland Community & Technical College.

In 2007, our college successfully completed our Fulfilling the Promise Major Gifts Campaign raising over $5.35 million surpassing our goal of $3.2 million.  The major accomplishments of this campaign included:

• Additional Scholarship Funding from numerous sources
• Establishment of an Emergency Fund for students
• Gift of 6.6 acres real estate by Ashland Inc. to our Foundation
• Our Foundation gifted the Parsons Building in downtown Ashland
• Over $1 million to establish the Faculty Endowed Chair in Math & Science
