Print-to-Electronic Transition of Mansbach Library's Government Documents
The U.S. Congress has mandated that the Superintendent of Documents, which directs the over-1000 Federal Depository Libraries nationwide, convert more and more paper documents to an electronic, or Web-based format. Even though ACTC's Mansbach Library selects only 15-percent of federal documents available to depository libraries, an increasing number of these publications has gone "electronic" in format in just the last few months.
