ACTC's Libraries have access to several different databases.  We now have access to the African American Study Center.  Click here to access the tutorial. (Opens in PowerPoint)

The EBSCO database system has undergone changes over the summer.  It may look a little different than before.  Here are a list of changes:

• Select any database from the front page and you can change it later by using the pull down menu option within that database.
• Now limit your searches by clicking on the type of material you want.  NEW!! This option now includes "Peer Reviewed Journals".

Here are some things you can do to make your college experience better:

• Come to class
• Turn assignments in on time
• Take notes in every class
• Join a club or get involved
• Make new friends
• Visit the library
