Marcia McDonald
Marcia McDonald became the director of the SSS Program in May 2006 after already serving our students in a variety of capacities including counselor, teacher, and tutorial center supervisor.
Prior to joining ACTC, Marcia served as the principal of Our Lady of Fatima School and previously served as the Director of The Mid Hudson Association for Learning Disabilities. She served as an educational consultant to school districts and also provided support and advocacy services.
Marcia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Frostburg State University and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from State University of New York, New Paltz, as well as graduate credits in Educational Leadership from Marshall University.
